The exposeConfig option now exposes the config as a tree of MJS modules, instead of one big file.
This is done by using @nuxt/kit's addTemplate API to create files in memory and then write them out at build time (instead of writing directly to disk).
A new function called createTemplates() was created that does this work for us so we can reuse it later if needed without duplicating code or logic.
