In order to not conflict with various php 7.4 & 7.4 configs it is necessary to get rid of the guzzleadapter & hence the old version of httpplug - these are only required for the outdated mailgun package.
I think we have moved on from people expecting support for packages prior to php 7.3 & the tests didn't play nice on earlier versions with my attempted changes so I have removed that support
