docs(readme): fix @opentelemetry/instrumentation-http link #1973

  1. @opentelemetry/instrumentation-http was pointing to old plugin link.
  2. We actually don't have @opentelemetry/instrumentation-https because new @opentelemetry/instrumentation-http will handle both HTTP and HTTPs, so remove that not used link.
