Revised documentation files 'docs/tutorials/integrations/okta-oidc-sso.md', 'docs/features/sso.md', and 'docs/getting-started/env-configuration.md' to incorporate changes in open-webui/open-webui#13039. The updates clarify the Just-in-Time (JIT) nature of the group creation, distinguish between group management and group creation flags + warnings re: strict synchronization behavior that removes users from groups not present in OAuth claims when management is enabled.
