Adds support for the Tartarus Pro

Picking up where #1577 left off. Have started by regenerating all of the fake device drivers. PR is meant to address #1039

The Tartarus Pro works slightly differently from the Tartarus V2. This should point you in the right direction:

Hello, new to the project, just wanted to say thank you so much for all you've done so to support the community. I have a Tartarus Pro and would love to help get this over the finish line. I'm not a developer but if there is anything I can do to test, grab files/ screenshots etc I'm more than happy to contribute in any way possible.
