Opened this one in favor of #1326, #1328 and #1331.

The goal is to unite the work of all other PRs and debug this until we have the awaited compatibility 馃檪

The only remaining failure is strange, I don't understand it:

1) Enqueue\SnsQs\Tests\Spec\SnsQsSendToTopicAndReceiveNoWaitFromQueueTest::test
Failed asserting that null is an instance of interface "Interop\Queue\Message".

I'm having a look at it but please share any info if you have an idea 馃槃 But I could not find any info about SNSQS, has it been dropped? 馃 This would explain the failure.
