Adds related topic link list in topic view. The mod supports Mysql FullTex (mysql >=4.1 using Myisam, auto detected) and SQL Like matching for others, and has common words filtering abilities. With the Ultimate SEO URL mod, it has its own section in the ACP extended settings where you can activate and tune it.
