Adds options to start and stop all services for a specific cluster or over all clusters. I am no expert (as you can see ;) ) with JavaScript or Vue, so obviously things can be done better...

Hi @bjsee, thanks a lot for the pull request!
I have checked the options and I think some improvements should be done before the merge.

In the video I do these steps:

  1. Click on "Start All" - everything is ok. services are started.
  2. Click on "Start All" again - services are stopped. It looks strange since the button calls "Start All" but it stops services. Maybe it should be disabled since services already started.
  3. Click on "Start All" once again - nothing happens. I think there is a bug somewhere since I have expected that services will be started.

Feel free to update the pull request. I will certainly check updates.

Wow, I would love to have this feature. I came here just to check if this was an option.

This PR seems abandoned, and the repo itself seems too as last commit and PR merged was 1 year ago. If I create this same PR but with the changes you proposed @proAlexandr it will be merged? you are still here?

Thanks!

This feature is awesome! Would love to get it merged but look like the project is abandoned! @proAlexandr I have couple of more ideas in mind but no clue about the status of the project. @proAlexandr can you throw some light?
