Can I use this buildpack to use playwright-python?

I'm just started using playwright on a heroku hobby dyno (512 mb RAM) and I started seeing OOM / R14 errors. My application scrapes arbitrary user-provided URLs so I imagine its hard to answer for my specific case but I'm wondering if there are benchmarks for how much memory is typically consumed by playwright?
