we need support for aria hidden/disabled bar for accessibility in case if there is a bar representation of empty value. For example, a bar item that means null or undefined, but we can represent it with a baritem that has entire height of the chart with shaded fill. On the accessibility side, we need a way to tell this bar item is either max height or null. Currently, there is no way to tell just yet
