double control hotkey fix; macOS ventura toggle fix

Use Magnet HotKey class instead of utils/HotKey.swift for double control hotkey to work as intended (#595, #514). Additionally, implement an experimental patch to enable touch bar toggling on macOS Ventura (#585).

@pigigaldi I tested this branch on macOS Ventura and it seems like it's the only thing that fixes #585. Can we please merge this and release an update for macOS Ventura's upcoming release?

And i can't compile it cause CocoaPods won't install via Ruby or brew for whatever reason.

Thank you. Something was wrong with my Ruby version and the version of cocoapods. I got it to compile now.

I successed in compiling this brance.

However, I can no longer use touchpad to scroll Dock widget in touchbar.
But I still can click icons with cursor in torchbar.

Does anyone face the same problem?

I don’t have the source to rebuild the binary, but I can rewrite the changes and put it on a repo for you. I’ll let you know when it's done,hopefully by the end of the week.

Better alternative I found overall is Better Touch tool with aquatouch plugin. way more advanced and you can accomplish and customize the touch bar on an advanced level
