Hugo supports theme components. Since there is no officially maintained list I dropped a few of the ones I'm familiar with in this commit for discussion on how the filtering might be enhanced to aid users in finding things they can pair together with themes. I'm can update the gulpfile if you wish but I wanted to float the idea first before spending the time. Thoughts?
