Pre requisites
- you need to create an integration to your slack channel.

what it does
it'll alert to a slack channel when
- channel is inactive/retry/stopped
- space has crossed threshould on the server
- qdepth has crossed threshould
- channel instances are high
- Qm is inactive or starting
