Add the version package from `prometheus/common` to allow breaking the circular dependency between `prometheus/client_golang` and `prometheus/common`. * Remove support for Go older than 1.18. Related to: prometheus/common#58 Signed-off-by: SuperQ <superq@gmail.com>
