Adds the following top level properties:

tabBarTabStyle: Overrides the individual tab style.
tabBarContainerStyle: Overrides the tab bar container style.
tabBarActiveBackgroundColor: Overrides the background color for an active tab.
tabBarInactiveBackgroundColor: Overrides the background color for an inactive tab.
