Combined with the minor fix to
BaseModelin #8376, I think this closes #7953.That said, I think before merging this PR we should make it use the types namespace stack for more than just dataclasses; I think in principle it is equally relevant for all struct-likes (BaseModel, TypedDict, etc.), though we may have some things in place to handle BaseModel better (namely, the
__pydantic_parent_namespace__stuff) that might render it unnecessary.
