There is an issue booting the RISC-V EDK2 image that is checked in as part of the commit 658178c ("update edk2 binaries to edk2-stable202402"). However, the edk2 source code was properly updated to reflect the latest release. Hence, the issue is only with the binary image. Rebuild the image from the same source. Discussed the issue with Gerd and he suggested to raise this PR with the image which works.
