Closes storybookjs#20562

What I did

There is no need to get the src of the resource with readFileSync, it is already available as another variable.
readFileSync fails when the resource is not a file (e.g. virtual module import).

Install storybook in a SvelteKit project that uses unplugin icons. It doesn't work. With this PR it does.
