add material design symbol

I don't think it's a good idea to use a project with 74 stars vs. Google's own source for the icons. It's not like the build time is that big of a deal.

I do dozens of builds to do one release. The increase in build time is unacceptable for continued development.

Ultimately a glyph is a glyph. @kamijin-fanta is this alternative approach acceptable in terms of build time? Anything we could do to assist - say fix conflicts?
Material Design Symbols is quite an anticipated feature and any solution would be appreciated.
