Better default click action

Show all incoming PRs for all repos when CanvaBoy is left-clicked.

Pull both issue and PR requests

Because they are different (surprise surprise). PR comments are just review-comments, issue comments are "normal" comments.

Watch reviews for the whole GH org

CanvaBoy now watches the whole github org.
