Added a new plugin remark-ins to list of plugins

I've taken the experience which I got during development of my previous plugins.

Using the remark-ins, you can easily create <ins> element in markdown.

Actually, I am trying to implement the syntax features from the https://github.com/markdown-it/markdown-it for the remark ecosystem. Their demo page is https://markdown-it.github.io

The syntax for the inline diff in GLFM is a bit different from inserted text with <ins> element which I implemented. I don't know which syntax features of GLFM are implemented in remark or which ones are needed to be implemented.

I think it’s best to implement existing syntaxes instead of inventing your own, as the latter would fragment the markdown ecosystem. I wasn’t aware of this syntax from markdown-it, but it appears you are implementing an existing syntax, which is great!
