ProKnow users may use this forum for creating, tracking the progress of and upvoting issues or enhancement suggestions.
The Issues tab contains a list of all open and closed defects and feature enhancements. Use this tab to request a feature, look up the status of a defect fix, augment the description of an existing defect or up- or down-vote issues to give the ProKnow product team a better understanding of its importance.
As requested features and defect fixes are assigned to developers and eventually released, their status will be updated. If you made the original request or commented, an automated email will be sent to you.
Before submitting a new issue be sure to search existing issues for duplicates. When creating an issue, be sure to fill out each section of the template corresponding to the type of issue. Please be as detailed as possible.
To vote on an existing issue
- Find and open the existing issue
- Click the smiley-face icon at the upper right hand corner of the description box to bring up the vote menu
- Upvoting - Click the thumbs-up icon to upvote
- Downvoting - Click the thumbs-down icon to downvote
To privately report a potential security vulnerability, please email ProKnow Support directly. To avoid advertising security vulnerabilities to those that might seek to exploit them, do not report vulnerabilities via the Issues tab.
