Now, this might sound funny but the OAuth1.0 example was working only for Twitter due to missing
token_secretparameter in the 3rd leg.Tested with around 10 OAuth1.0 providers, also fixed some of the variable names, as they were misleading, and added an example for the 2nd leg.
