With Android V, the internal implementation for SpeechRecognizer has changed. Prepare ShadowSpeechRecognizer to be extended in the future to support V's changed implementations. PiperOrigin-RevId: 631880010

Fix for ShadowSpeechRecognizer on Android V
With Android V, the internal implementation for SpeechRecognizer has changed.
Prepare ShadowSpeechRecognizer to be extended in the future to support V's
changed implementations.
