Next step of #20
Adds a component to display the program name and allow for changing of that name. If the user changes the name and clicks Save, a modal pops up to confirm before making the change.
The eslint disable is due to this issue: jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-react#1759 that was resolved here: jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-react#1829 but hasn't been released.

It looks like the Save button built into Semantic's object when the content: 'Save' is used?

I was curious if the Save button could be hidden when previousPropName == editingName, but that could be more trouble than it's worth.
