Hey! 馃憢

This commit (758caaa) disabled semantic-release v22 for a good reason, as it was broken...

But it seems like that they reverted the change in v22.0.3 (ref: semantic-release/semantic-release#2968 (comment), https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release/releases/tag/v22.0.3).

So it should be safe to allow versions >= v22.0.3?

Actually, this PR will be fixed by #62.
Closing as not needed anymore. 馃槅
