Adjust future updates

Add this to your .scala-steward.conf file to ignore future updates of this dependency:

updates.ignore = [ { groupId = "org.scalaz" } ]

Or, add this to slow down future updates of this dependency:

dependencyOverrides = [{
  pullRequests = { frequency = "@monthly" },
  dependency = { groupId = "org.scalaz" }
}]

labels: library-update, early-semver-patch, semver-spec-patch, commit-count:1

From looking at usages of scalaz in here, it only seems like we're using it in like half dozen places in frontend for show. I think we should just try to remove this dep.

Although it's probably not a super high priority, but something that could be improved when we go through the deps. For now I'll just merge this.
