Issue - Cannot configure
timeToWaitForATTUserAuthorizationforAppsflyerPluginFix - Update the code for timeToWaitForATTUserAuthorization in AppsflyerPlugin to be configurable and if do not pass then it will pick the default added value of timeToWaitForATTUserAuthorization.
Tested the updated code on android emulator.
