jQT v1.0.1 Release

Minor updates.

Fixed a few issues:

• Fixed a bug causing inner element of not clickable.
• Updated for newer compass.
• Fixed img path for innsbruck theme.
• Fixed a missing touchmove off. Converted to use on/off instead of bind/unbind.
