• Added new RSVP Date attribute to events
  • This is used by ECs to indicate the date the ER has requested we respond by, ie the decline date.
  • This is different than Booking Cut-Off date because troopers can still sign up past the RSVP date, assuming we have not declined.
  • Added #_RSVPDATE attribute which outputs the RSVP date, or the event start date if one is not specified
• Added two new conditionals, {ggg_has_no_signups} and {ggg_is_specops}
