Yes, a Hive logo would be awesome! Hive is the community-driven continuation of the Steem project after network control was usurped by a centralized entity.

simpleicons currently has a "Steem" and "Steemit" icon, so Hive would be an excellent addition.

I looked through the brand kit linked to by @selabie68. It seems like hextacular.svg would be the best SVG to base the icon off of:
