The DefaultMetricsFactory was removed from Spring Integration starting with version 5.4
The Micrometer is only an engine for metrics, therefore no reason to mention it in the docs at all

The DefaultMetricsFactory was removed from Spring Integration starting
with version 5.4. This commit updates the documentation to match.
