fix: ignore bodies sent with non-PUT/PATCH/POST requests

Right now, it's possible to crash a Node server by including a body with a GET request. This fixes it

So this also prevents sending a body with DELETE? That's unfortunate. It always feels jank having to use a POST request for a delete operation just because the HTTP standard has this odd specification.

adjusted the behaviour in #11710. but also, don't send bodies with DELETE requests :)
