Reporting Connectivity Problems

To report a connectivity problem, please include the following with any email to support@tailscale.com or https://forum.tailscale.com/ ....

  • source IP
  • destination IP (and ideally port)
  • time (with timezone)
  • Tailscale version of source machine
  • Tailscale version of destination machine (or the Tailscale subnet relay machine)
