Missing colors

Noticed that when I went to use lime, fuchsia or cyan colors in my text and bg classes that they were missing.

Not sure if those should just be added in our tailwind config every time like indigo, teal, and orange, but if not, this pull request adds the following colors to the defaultConfig.stub.js.

• Rose
• Lime
• Cyan
• Fuchsia

Hey! This is actually by design, we are only enabling a few key colors by default and including the rest in colors.js for people to choose from if they need them. Colors increase the file size dramatically so we don't want to provide more than makes sense by default.
