@vasfvitor I wonder if this is one that you'd like to look at? Maybe this can pull out some of the custom logic you built for the RSS feed and offload it upstream?

@lorenzolewis for sure, thanks, I see the new rss blog exists in blog/rss.xml, I think adding a redirect to it and removing the current generation is the go to solution, I'll try right away to open a PR.

the redirection is to not break for those that are utilizing it, if anyone. What do you think?

Do redirects work with RSS clients? Remember that with SSG Astro makes redirects by generating the respective route as an html file with a meta tag. Unless you do it via the netlify config, then it should be good 🤔
