Bump glob-parent and watchify (#151)

Removes [glob-parent](https://github.com/gulpjs/glob-parent). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [watchify](https://github.com/browserify/watchify). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `glob-parent`

Updates `watchify` from 3.11.1 to 4.0.0
