    Closes testng-team#2704

Ensure that TestNG reports scenarios wherein 
User defines callbacks for configurations/test methods
But fails to invoke those callbacks explicitly 
And also fails in shipping test status to a user
recognized status (PASS|FAILURE|SKIP)
