This release adds support for passing command line args to wkhtmltopdf to enable better formatting.

Remove misleading hint to different docker command

Because of #80 the pdf generation inside of docker now works the same.

Remove misleading hint to different docker command

Because of #80 the pdf generation inside of docker now works the same.

Fix incorrect PDF output size

New version of wkhtmltopdf have been rendering an incorrect output size. With a recommendation from wkhtmltopdf/wkhtmltopdf#3266 (comment) we are now forcing the output to 300dpi.

Simplify build tooling by removing pake and removing the phar build

Simplify the build tooling:

• Remove phar build, update tooling to composer
• Remove legacy version tagging system
• Fix incorrect readme generation

Require PHP 7.1

This is a housekeeping release that includes several tooling improvements. In the near future, we'll remove Pake and commit to using Composer tooling.

Add new Roboto templates

Layout with static header, format for GitHub link, and Google Roboto font.
