Project title: Deploy tigerbeetle to fly.io

Summary: Deploying tigerbeetle to fly.io. The intention was to showcase performance or running tigerbeetle closer to your users.

Single node deployment as poc.
Multiple node deployment.

Presentation: Choose one option.

In person: get in touch in Slack to schedule your live demo.

You can try out the deployment for the hackathon:

./tigerbeetle client --cluster=0 --addresses=37.16.22.212:5000
