CI is failing here because once_cell bumped their MSRV. This PR is fine, and can merged once that issue is resolved. I'll keep further discussion of that out of this PR thread. |

Maybe I've gone blind, but the last thing I can see on tokio/master (not my fork) is 7096a80, which you merged - it's 6 days old though. |

Ah, you're right! Apparently these fixes were only merged into the 1.18.X branch, not into master. |

Yeah, sorry, it'll take a bit to fix the CI issues this time around unfortunately. |
