`ReaderStream` and `StreamReader` from the crate `tokio_util` are a convenient and simpler way of creating adaptors for `Stream`, from and to `AsyncRead`

Motivation
ReaderStream
andStreamReader
from the cratetokio_util
arethe simplest and most convenient adaptors for creating a
Stream
out of
AsyncRead
, I overlooked it at first, becausetokio::io
docs point to the
tokio_util::codec
module, which seemedoverkill at first sigh.
So I think it would be cool to also recommend
ReaderStream
andStreamReader
, because they are, IMO, the simplest answer forthe most general (and basic) use case.
