Documentation of my changes to the AVR transistor tester

Small version of the famous component tester from mikrocontroller.net

This repo presents Markus' ComponentTester firmware (https://github.com/Mikrocontroller-net/transistortester/tree/master/Software/Markus and https://github.com/madires/Transistortester-Warehouse) in the structured git workflow. Branch AY-AT_20MHz with pin modifications for this special kind of HW with 20 MHz XTAL.

A current/voltage tracer for semiconductors using very simple hardware.

🔥 This project performs a simulation of N and P-type MOSFET transistors. Next, the creation of logic gates is performed using the simulated transistors. Then, a Half-Adder mechanism is created with the logic gates, to later use it in a binary sum algorithm.
