This adds kailh switch compatibility to the dactyl manuform. It adds a small cutout to the top and bottom of the switch plate and makes the sides closer to prevent the switches sliding.

Also adds switch print from #18

Interesting PR, @rishka. Is it needed for any type of Kailh switches?
I read someone changing the size of the hole from 14.4 to 14.1 for Kailh switches, but you didn't. Isn't the hole still too big?

Any of the cherry type Kailhs seem to work.

The extra space seems to be for the ability to lock them in. The cutout should probably go up another few mm, but that may have just been an issue with my print/slicing settings.

I have used this file 3 times so far, and the only switch I have issues with is the top left switch on the right hand being just too loose. the rest are held in nicely, even when using hot-swap sockets
