Windows x64_MSVC_Qt5

This version now compiles under MSVC 2015 with Qt 5.
The program can only run under X64 versions of Windows.

Beta CPP Version

This is the first version implemented in CPP, and has multi-screen support, enjoy it.

• switch to Qt4, since Qt5 has some bugs with status icon
