(Observed in PR #4066)

On larger devices some dialogs are as large as the device. That is to say "huge" for their purpose.
This is especially true for the "caption dialog for post media" and the "accounts in list dialog".

  • I searched or browsed the repo’s other issues to ensure this is not a duplicate.
