test(typescript-estree): remove babel-parser plugins that are enabled by default

Some of the babel-parser plugins used in AST Alignment Tests are already enabled by default.

• importMeta: Enable import.meta by default in @babel/parser (#11364) babel/babel#11406
• bigInt: Parse BigInts by default babel/babel#11117
• asyncGenerators, objectRestSpread: Remove Babylon plugins for features already merged to the ECMAScript spec babel/babel#8448
• dynamicImport: [parser] enable dynamic import by default babel/babel#10843
• logicalAssignment: Enable logical assignment by default in @babel/parser (#11860) babel/babel#11869
• nullishCoalescingOperator : Enable nullish coalescing by default in @babel/parser babel/babel#10819
• optionalChaining: enable optional chaining by default in @babel/parser babel/babel#10817
• numericSeparator: feat: enable numericSeparator parsing support babel/babel#11863
