shittyZip is a simplistic zip tool developed to provide an accessible way to practice golang development. It's a command-line utility to quickly and easily create zip archives from given files or directories.
Note: As of now, this tool is meant for practice and learning purposes only, and it may not provide the best performance or compatibility with all zip functionalities and features.
Assuming you have a working Go environment, installation is as simple as executing the following command:
go get github.com/unclesp1d3r/shittyZip
The usage is quite simple and can be done directly from your command-line interface:
shittyZip <zip file> <items to include>
shittyZip myzipfile.zip file1 file2 directory1 directory2
In the above example, myzipfile.zip
is the output zip file that will be created, and file1
, file2
, directory1
, and directory2
are the files or directories that will be included in the zip file.
