This plugin will automatically download the Vimeo's thumbnail and upload it as a Sanity image asset.
A Vimeo access token is required in your .env.development / .env.production:
SANITY_STUDIO_VIMEO_ACCESS_TOKEN="YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN"
