Update and add Italian translations

• Fixed some navigation components in mkdocs.yml.
• Minor fixes in the getting-started and install folders, as well as in index.it.md and upgrading.it.md.
• Added contributing.it.md, legacy-docs.it.md, release-notes.it.md and the redis folder.
• Added two out of the three leaf folder files: getting-started.it.md and custom-tags.it.md.

Ho visto che hai utilizzato il "tu" invece del "voi", sinceramente io er molto indeciso e a tratti ho usato anche la forma impersonale, se pensi che il "tu" sia corretto va più che bene :)

Il voi mi suonava strano, ma per sicurezza ho fatto delle ricerche per capire cosa si usa di solito: documentazioni in italiano non ne esistono molte (per non dire nessuna 😅), ma nei tutorial per consumatori il "you" viene quasi sempre tradotto con la seconda persona singolare
